HEAD CHEF & COMMIS CHEF required for Country PubSouth East
We are currently recruiting HEAD CHEF & COMMIS CHEF. We have worked extremely hard to build a regular clientele that keep returning for fabulous food and service.
HEAD CHEF - To develop your team, inspire creativity and produce food to high standards
- Hands on food prep.
- Ensuring food is of the right quality and produced on time.
- Managing stock.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Prepare staff rotas.
- Controlling a budget and managing wastage.
- Managing a talented brigade.
- Ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Previous experience in a high volume, pub environment.
- A passion for delivering great food and the meticulous attention to detail that ensures that every single guest leaves with a burning desire to return.
- The enthusiasm and charisma to lead, develop and inspire a team.
- Skills necessary to ensure that all health & hygiene regulations are met at all times.
